Having sessions with us can help you understand how you feel if you are finding things difficult.

We work in a 'person centred' way, which basically means it's all about you, we believe you have everything you need within you. To help you feel safe and comfortable we will discuss the best way to work together. We might just talk, colour, play games or do arty things, but whatever we do you will be listened to and respected.
Off-loading thoughts, memories, experiences or questions can help to unpack complicated feelings. When they are 'unpacked' we can explore them and decide what you want to work on. It's good if you come for sessions every week for a little while so you get to know us, build up trust and feel confident to share.
