Sometimes we just need an hour to sit down, relax and feel like we can ‘switch off’ from the stresses of daily life.
If you book a ‘wellbeing session’ at cherry pie we can choose between a range of activities that will help you to find your own solutions to stresses and difficulties. These are one off sessions that can help you to refocus and replenish. You may find they lead to you wanting more structured counselling sessions, or they might meet your needs just as they are.
We will discuss and decide what suits you best prior to your session.
