Having 'Low Mood'

Sometimes life can just feel too hard; at times you might feel sad, heavy-hearted, unmotivated, lonely or misunderstood. When experienced regularly these feelings can be described as ‘low-mood’. Young people may be more susceptible to experiencing low mood if they have low self worth or have experienced a life altering event like moving schools, suffering with grief or living with low self esteem.

Sadly if not challenged this might turn into an unhealthy stress management alternative like self-harm or alcohol misuse. Coming for counselling or hypnotherapy can help to change this for you. By exploring the reasons you have low mood, and identifying positive solutions you can work on making real changes in your life.
